Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all orders shipped within Pakistan. Shipping charges for International orders will be calculated in real time during the checkout process. Siffon By Maria Mateen will send customers an SMS and email to confirm the order. Orders will be processed after confirmation from the customer.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) please pay the rider before opening the package.

Orders for Karachi will be delivered within 1-2 days while delivery to other cities may take 2-3 days.

International deliveries may take up to 4-5 working days. In case the order needs stitching, it can take up to 5-7 days more.
